At the heart of our work, first and foremost, is service to Allah (الله). From this understanding comes our special responsibility towards the deceased and their relatives.
For us, an Islamic funeral is far more than a service. It is an Amanah – a trust placed in our care, which we approach with sincerity, respect and diligence.
For more than 10 years, we have supported Muslim families through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. We strive to care for the deceased with dignity in accordance with Islamic principles while relieving families of as much organisational burden as possible.
Who we are
Al Rawda specialises in Islamic funerals and international repatriations. From Cologne, we support families in Cologne, Bonn and the surrounding area as well as throughout Germany, combining Islamic funeral rites with the legal and administrative requirements in Germany.

Through many years of professional work, Al Rawda has also built a good and reliable reputation in its cooperation with the responsible authorities and institutions.
We regularly coordinate with registry offices, public order and health authorities, hospitals, forensic medicine, cemetery administrations, consulates and other responsible bodies. Complete documentation, clear communication and reliable coordination are particularly important to us.
We regard the trust built over many years not as something to take for granted, but as an obligation to continue our work conscientiously, transparently and reliably.
